about block skills (extreme shield and trine shield)

May somebody tell me please how does this both skills work?

 

Let me explain what i mean

 

Trine shield lvl 10  and extreme shield lvl 7  add 10% block each one but i want to know if its your shield´s total block plus 10% of it (like 1,1*your shield´s block) or your shield´s block plus 10 %.

 

E.G. If your shield has 20% block without skills, when you activate one of these skills (trine lvl 10 or extreme lvl 7)  you´ll get 30% block  on your shield or you´ll get only 22% instead [20% + (10% of 20%)] ?

 

I want to know how each one works, if both work same way (refering to block question i mentioned, of course) and if one stack to another.

Xtreme Shield's pecentage boost is based on your current block. I'm not sure abt trine

Extreme Shield adds, at lvl 10, 15% over your shields BASE block.

 

Ex.: Your shield base block rate is 30,0%. When you activate ES, you'll get a 4,5% bonus. 30+15% = 34,5%.

 

 

 

 

And Trine Shield adds 10% to your total block rate, doesn't matter your base shield block, it will get a 10 points bonus.

 

Ex.: Your shield block rate is 30,0%. When you activate Trine Shield you'll get a 10% bonus. 30+10 = 40%.

 

 

 

 

Extreme shield doesn't stacks with Trine Shield, because it only works over the BASE block rate of the shield.

 

So, using both skills while wielding a 30% BASE block rated shield (forget about the spec's block) you'll get, theoretically, 44,5% block rate.
