twist jav or vengeance?

Hi, i saw that twist jav increase 100% of atk pwr and rtg and (lvl 10)

 

And vengeance only increase 80% (lvl 10) and is faster...

 

Which one is better?

Veng hits twice, while Twist hits once.

Veng is much faster and owns everywhere.

Twist apply your frost jav slow.

But Veng is still better.

use twist to kill MS/MGS on pvp, then use vegeance for everything

use twist jav and vengance lvl 10

twist to pvp / hunt (50% add vs demon in hunt)

vengance to pvp and hunt (hunt use in all mobs)

Twist for PvP and Hunt Demons, Vengeance for PvE and squeeshy PvP Classes.
