Help with Pikeman skills

hey, i want to know what is the most skill i need to use and what i need to upgrade.

 

i dont want to upgrade Tornado because its weak.

 

i want deffence but i want good dmg too..

and stealth its not good? shuryken bonus its better than stealth? why?

U can choise up Jump Crash Ground Pike or Ice Attribut
