u need moster soul and win r8 SOD , meet NPC in r8 . she ll offer ur reward but it s really hard to  have her offer for phantom item

Well,that b***h usually give you SP down or craps.Even a copper ore is hard to get.

And sometimes she don't even appear.

I believe that phantom armors/robes are really hard to get and they have a high price.But why would people use them?

I don't think they have any special ability...
