How do you bind tier 5 skills?

I've been trying to figure out how I could bind tier 5 skills to F1/2/3...  but it doesnt work. Is it not possible yet? Or what is the problem and how do other people use it. each time open skills it and click at it?

you mean for shortcut ?

 

Tier 5 skill can not put to F1 F2 F3 ...... F8 for shortcut.

for Tier 5 skill if you want to make shortcut just Press Shift + 4 5 6
