June 22 , 9pm Philippines time. we are having a Boosting Party with my 2 friends, i have Knight Boosting my Pike , my other friend playing his Mech boosting his Prs, other one has Mage boosting his Fighter and we are in the same Party. We are Playing in an Internet Cafe, thats why we have Same IP address. As time past by, we decided to stop playing and continue playing tomorrow.

 

June 23 9am, We received a message that our accounts has been banned permanently. We decided to post our ban Accounts Case to GM Keni's Request Unban Forum, and Guest what he says to Us.

 

GM Keni's Reply:

Your accounts were banned for cheating.

The cheating didn't happen on the mentioned accounts but on IP-related accounts.

 

The bans are permanent.

No need to make more requests.

 

 

Then we make some  replies and he just said "No Unban"

 

First Question:

1: Is the Gm here really think or Study every ban account case? are they really working? or they just rely on their AUTO-BAN SYSTEM?

2: Is Playing in an Internet Cafe Illegal?

3: Is there any Possible to change GM mind? Aside from Cash/real money?
