cause it have 10% atack rating boost and 330% damage boost (if no fail), and can kill much players on pvp with just 1 split  ;D

this is a good skill for pvp

110% per attack. It have 3 attacks, so if no one fails, 330% 

It's like vengance, 80% damage boost x 2 hits, so it will be 160%
