well i tried downloading it but i got 30-50 kb/s speed n then it got stuck at 43% -.-

Yeah but like you said, since it's for members only to download, I'm pretty sure it's forbbiden, otherwise I would upload it in parts or just full. So no good for now.

Just use a download manager, that will split the file for you and you can resume the download if it fails
