Damage Boost (Wind Arrow) vs Weapon Atk Rtg boost + Added Atk Pow (Perfect Aim)

Hi all pro AS,

 

I'm playing 1 AS 13x in rPT, but I don't understand clearly about two skills Wind Arrow (WA) & Perfect Aim (PA). Who can explain detail the differences between two these skills. Is WA really better than PA for killing mobs ? Comparing two damage boost & Atk Pow which is stronger than the other?

 

I my opinion, I feel (just feeling ^^) PA is also good skill to kill mobs. How do pro-AS think? Plz give me some useful advices to build my AS better. Thanks so much !

Wind arrow is better, way better, than perfect aim.

 

PA adds only 20 + (lv/6). So if ur 13x, it will only add about 20+(21)=41atk POW.

 

WA, however, adds 60% DMG Boost + 5 atk spd(Very powerful buff) and most importantly, WA always hit its target, MEANING its like 99999999 atk rating boost
