I have a question about critical.

 

I see weapon/skill add critical but really dont know how does it work? Does it have formular??

 

Can you explain to me about it?

I know when will critical hit come, one thing i wonder is the effect of it.

Will damege be x2 or 50% or fully max atk power(the yellow one)
