can i use WTFast to play game

My internet's so terrible, game is very lag and delay  :'(. Can I use WTFast for reducing ping and delay  :'( . It is'nt a hack, cheat , just reduce ping and lag  :'(

I have been Banned then unbaned after use it  : , That's auto ban ?
