Gms work better and better

Hi,

 

According to what i observe, GMs staff is doing well and the service quality has increased. Why!? Because:

 

- They announce to us the specific time when the sever is maintenanced although just announce in-game . <-- it would be good if you tell us 1 days or few hours before on Announcement part.

 

- The estimating time for maintenance has been uploaded on website.

 

- Quickly response.
