I mean +3 atack speed with a permanent skill, and a other skill gives also atack speed.

no probs if u also see that in numbers, raw attack pow of atas aren't that strong, speed just make up for it.

Even with the delay, ata's will be goddesse's for 5 minutes and still very strong without the skill for another 10 minutes.
