Pirate's revenge (1)

As you start the Pirate's revenge quest in Lost Island, it gives you the option of normal, hard, or pro but I fail to see any difference in the difficulty or reward from any of the levels. The quest guide also does not explain, can anybody explain the difference between them to me?
