weak ice meteorite or am i doing something wrong

hi guys im currently 98 prs, with IM LVL 8, i thought this skill will help me kill like a beast but its just so weak for 2 reasons:

it misses alot and it draines STM and MP too fast, i find it more useful to use CL because it a sure hit, and i like that it makes the mobs clinch so they can attack me less.

 

its just weird i thought IM will be powerfull but i struggle with mobs even at heart of perum with it/

 

my stats:

str 77

spirit327

tal 90

agi 65

health 105

 

with a 92 wand prs spec

so how much do you think is ok? cuz ive seen many suggestion for health at about 100-150...

Well, i'm not a prs player... but a prs don't have to tank. Try to keep it at base health (20) rest in spirit and check if it makes any difference.

prs is kinda weak till 120, when you start going to ad1,ad2,ad3 where there are more undead mobs you'll see the difference, as of the damage, idk how to explain it to u, but it gets better, tho prs's damage meteorite has lower damage than mgs' one

I train with my friend who has prs 98 and she also says devine lightning/chain lighting is better.

Just a question, you say your Ice Meteorite skill is lvl 8, but what level of your CL? 10?

 

Because IM lvl 8 is a little bit weaker than CL 10 and have less area per meteorite...

no its also 8, and its just a lil weaker than meteorite (if IM hits)...

well ill wait to 120 lol
