Maybe you guys dont know but realm have a CAP of status ..

 

You can't have more than:

 

50% Evasion

50% Block

50% Critical

49% Defense

50% Abs

 

So, dont make diference if you have 100% of evasion you still will die  ;D

 

Every AS with Evasion Mastery lvl 10 and Phoenix Speed lvl 10 has 53% of evade.

 

So PvP Champion/HoV/Evade Scroll is useless for Archers? If this cap is correct, I won't spend my gold in scroll anymore ;D
