Critical or Attack Rating?

I'm level 96 and I wanted to know which attribute is best to mix...

I get 999 attack rating and 25% critical with dragon sword ks /1...

 

which is better?  ???

 

- MinAP(+8) MaxAP(+13) AR(+100) HP(+25)

 

- MinAP(+10) MaxAP(+12) Crit(+3) HP(+25)

Go for attack rating.

 

Anyway as Dior says, this will not make any difference on your current level.
