After a time he unlock it for upgrade and later in coin shop.

the only resaon why i ask it its becuase back then in server name Froggpt ( around more then 4-5 years ago )

people with money could buy the new items right after the come ( but never before )  , they just add the " extra" for it

Ofc I know about the world cup event, I was talking about other player that has 134 set months before Dead Army being released.

It was more towards the level 100 throne item due to it being the only one in the server
