It helps increasing 250% atk power, really good skill to kill someone

To answer the question quickly, no, not work in pvp.

 

 

Now the explanation

 

 

First, at no time said that this skill "increased" attack power, mentioned the damage that has the "Venom" percentage based on your current attack power.

 

 

Second, the skill is very useful against mobs, both for hunting and for when you're in Party Quest.
