RC problems

this is my internet connection speed, is not the best but.... i have a lot of Login RC and Server RC... maybe its the upload speed? i don't understand why this is happening...

can anyone give some tips or solution?

if the problem is the connection speed, this haven't solution...

It might be Packet loss. Ping isnt everything.

I am curious, do you connect thru a router? or are you hardwired into your internet?
