Good Pikeman Build and stats

Hello Everyone,

im playing prinstontale 5 years, but im new in this server,

i saw a lot of diffrent things over here.

my char is level 85 Pikeman,

there is no delay in skills - how should i split my skill points ? what is the best build for pikemen in my level ?

what about the stats ? agility ? spirit ?

where should i EXP ?
