Super jera or super dagaz?

I am only trying to change the spec of a robe NS 124. In this case, used two super Jeras and a rune spec. On 8 attempts robe remained NS.

In the guide, to change the spec of a shield 124, used super dagaz. However, I believe that should have been used to super jera that allows items to be used in 125 lv.

After all, to make this robe with spec mage, without changing the status, I use two super Jeras or two super dagaz?

using super jera + class rune (Pris/mage rune) if you dont want to change the base status.

It will not work if you use super jera+spec rune because your item is no spec.
