If i'm not wrong, in kPT this hat gives +30% attack power, +200 def and +10 abs :-X

 

And when they modified some files to do this hats, they modified (bugged) some default heads of some chars, like this:

A friend of my friend created 2 accounts, 1 for me and 1 for him. He's korean, i guess k

 

@edit: Isn't level 10, is level 3 aehaueae. EXP on kPT is too "hard"~
