I dont think it works even against the target monster. I've made some tests and the final damage looks the same.

After some pathcs, they changed back. Add 30% for undead and just skills 1x1.

"Dont trust" in patch notes. I mean, the info there isnt wrong, but is outdated, and sometimes they miss some updates.

If something there is on the patch notes, means has been changed. If isnt there, dont mean that isnt changed
