Does 134-136 items still drop?

I have gone over 5 third eyes and have not gotten any 134-136 item. I kill each mob in about 60-80seconds

i use 3 eye 24hors in 5 days no drop one 128+ ... no drop sol only pots and sap 5 sap 8 ohreudo 13bellum in 72hors...
