[question]ETQ, can not get Q from NPC

I was in party(2 players, one 14x, one 13x lvl) and tried to get ET1,ET2 Q from the NPC.

The npc only show the page of some description of the ETQ but can not start the Q.

Please advise why? Any clues?

only the leader can start the Q...

 

and u need roll down the page to see a Q, click then in the letter Q... choose  normal, hard or pro... start
