Distorted Map

I saw this map in the website and it has custom monsters. I have some questions

 

What do this monsters have in special ?

I saw someone selling Sea Water potion and the description said "Distorted Map potion", it mean this pot is the object that teleport us there ?

Distorted Map is an event map,

during the event you go there and kill mobs they drop 2 diffrent potions,once you collect 10 or 12 (don't remmber) of the same kind you go to the event npc to trade them for rendom item,could be MP pots or custom or something else.

What is special about the map is that it is distorted and kinda like 2D instead of the reguler 3D.

I went there with an amplifier device a friendly mechanician crafted for me and attached to my wand. I used distortion there and unfortunaly it seems its lasting forever
