modifying sounds on p.t.

I was wondering if this would be the right board to talk about this or media, and as this is more popular, i'll ask this here.

 

I wanted to replace the sound played when mechanicians casted their skill compulsion to the sound shouted by skorpion from mortal kombat series "get over here"

 

how could I possibly do that?
