Trying to build a tank mech

I'm getting into PT again after like 7 years or so. I'm making a mech and trying to build a tank one. Any tips on leveling, pvp, pve, build, gearing?

Extreme shield 10 , Phys  Abs lvl 10 , metal armor  10,  and Thrine Shield  10 ( T5 SKILL )

 

 

Wear any 7x or 8x armor ( T5 Armor also tanks really good ) and remember to tank it good you have to equip a Mechanician Spec armor.
