Horn of Babel Quest - Need quick help-

Hello together,

 

i got a mage lvl 108 and an Ata Lvl 100.

With the mage a college in game helped me to do this quest he killed it i was in the party and go tthe horn.

 

Now 2 questions:

 

Where exactly is the spawn point and when does it spawns?

 

Second: Can i kill Babel solo with an 108 Mage (Equipment is "OK"; Some is mixed Wand aged +....)

 

Would be great to get suggestions

u can check the map on those links when he spawns, and I think its every 3hours.
