Is my build ok? When does the Ata become stronger?

Hello Together,

 

i have an Ata LVL 110.

Right now my stat build is as below:

 

Strenght: 196 (Frenzy Armor)

Health: Base

Spirit: 60

Talent: Enough to use Jav shield and so on

Agi: rest

 

Skills:

Throwing Mastery: 10

Split Jav: 10

Soul Sucker: 6

Triumph ofValhalla: 10

Hall of Valhalla: 10

Extreme Rage: 10

Vengeance: 6 (next to be maxxed)

Chimera: 10

Jav Mastery: 4

 

Right now when i go for example to Endless Tower it takes a while to kill one mob.

 

So now my question: Is my build Ok? How do i become stronger and how do i lvl at 110?

 

Would be great if i get some help.

Just a question, why you have 3 skill lvl 10 and 1 skill lv 6 (TIER 1-3)

At your lvl you should have 55 SP (points) and this allow you to have 4 skill lvl 10 and 1 skill lvl 8 (TIER 1-3)

 

And Tier 4 points (EP) you should hav 26 at lvl 110 but you mentioned 27 (10 in HOV, 10 in EXT Rage, 6 in Veng and ,of course 1 in ICE)
