i think there is not enought of duration of the server to purpose that kind of suggestion ,  the game its full of br we know that but IF that its a reasson we will need a spanish and vietnamise gm also

It's about the community size, that's why so many suggest things like that. You can't compare, even if you count spanish + viets you won't get even close to the number of brazilians by here

You can't generalize. I'm BR too, I know english but I think that a BR gm isn't a bad idea. He will help a lot of ppl that have dificulty to learn another language.
