GM, when remove delay tier4 shaman ?

Judgement here is supposed to be a strong "delayed" pvp skill, while Scratch is its main skill. It is easier to balance 2-hits-skills as main atk at pvp/hunt.

 

 

About Mourning Pray, i don't think it is necessary to remove its delay, because when Press Deity gets released it will be shaman's main area atk.

 

Even if it get its delay removed right now (while we do not have press deity) people would still use T5 Phantom Nail to exp, because Mourning Pray is a very long 1 hit skill to cast, in terms of animation duration. It is very slow to cast.

1: shaman use 1h weapon ( atk and crits very low)

2: shaman no have skill add % dmg weapon like other class

About Mourning Pray this skill work with Chasing Hunt ( now this skill is bug i think can't lure)

I agree about removing delay of mourning pray till we have Press Deity, it's boring and hard to lvl up using Phantom Nail. I don't think It's necessary to remove delay from Judgement.
