Gm please fix also attack speed of prst when shaman buff we have skill delay

Hi Gm, i mixed my 130 staff with sapphire called  sapphire swiftness, but when i used my summer cloth +buff of shaman my skill is delaying, am over attack speed.. please fix this also..

 

 

P.S please unban my friend PrimeANGEL his so innocent

With attack speed 10 (weapon mix +1 and summer) the skill delay is already slower than cast. I asked on bug sometime ago, they just say we must need use a feather for faster cooldown on skill.

 

I tested if it worked with att speed 10 and everything was ok, I dont know how it will be adding the buff from shaman :B

ye shaman has the same problem.

+1 sod crown, 15% speed buff its ok, but when I use summer he goes to fast and looks like he has no feather.

but how if i dont have gold to buy feather, gm is there anything can do about this
