if you go to navisko, behind the wh, there's an npc that teleports you to Death Cave... inside there there's another npc, try to talk to her

I know nobody has posted here for a long long while, and people probably know about this, but then again maybe not... But Duty of Atlantis is for lvl100? I finished that quest before I even did the 2nd tier quest o_0 And I was no where near lvl100 during that time, obviously.

I wondered about that myself, and if you wait till lvl 100 without doing it you can't actually get the Quest or enter Atlantis.

I had to ask someone to get a core for me.
