Questions about FS and KS

The skills Inner Soul and Holy Aura give atk rating bonus to several skills. This atk rating bonus is based on what? Total atk rating or weapon atk rating?

 

Other thing (This text its on the RPT site):

 

WEAPON = 100% of damage of weapon

 

Bonus. (attack power displayed in yellow) = (if : Mechanician uses a Mechanicion-specced Weapon - Atalanta uses a Javelin - Knight use a Sword - Pikeman use a Scythe - Fighter uses an Axe - Priestess or Magician uses a Wand/Staff - Archer uses a Now - Assassin uses two Daggers - Shaman uses a Phantom) => (then : add lvl/6 damage to min&max)

Spec. weapon lvl/x => +0min +(lvl/x) max

(min weapon + max weapon)/16 => add to your min damage

 

This yellow bonus is applied for FS whit swords too? Or only axes? Because i use sword whit my FS (sword FS spec.) but my atk power dont change to yellow...
