this inflicts on skills?

 

i mean if this makes your skills stronger... thanks

I can't remember if it does - some spells perhaps. You can try look at the skill section on the website. Look at their formulas and see if the wp is included

so maybe i should start using enchant weapon

You should use Enchant Weapon.
