Why do I see people selling their ingame items for real money? ???

 

Is this outdated or something?

It's not allowed to do that. You can on the other hand sell for donations

What's the difference between selling ingame items for real money, or sell them for donations? ???

If they sell for donations the money goes to the server and not the seller. The seller can use the amount for buying stuff in donation shop.
