why swift axe 8lvl gives me just 6% of axe speed? is it a bug?

It is like this now. Not a bug. It will give you 8% at lvl 10.

but now ata have atk spd skill in tier 5, hope swift axe goes back to normal never even got to use it properly :-\

im using it lvl 10 on upt now since they got rpt skills.

 

8% is about .54 spd. which is sort of lame imo, and ata is getting skills that can total 8 or more spd added which is rediculous. swift axe was what its supposed to be.

SWIFT, axes i hope to see this changed back. the only way a fighter can keep up with any other char in AoE is to use swift axe and or a spd mix 1 hander, even though i am not a fighter on rpt it greatly saddend me to see fighters get nerfed once again from having decent skills even with 15%, on a upt spd mix (+2 spd) weapon it only adds 1.5 spd which rounds up in the pt calculations to 2 spdd, which in al honesty doesnt add anymore spd then it would add on a spd 7 axe or spd 8 axe 1.05, and 1.2 (both round up to 2 spd i think though i could be wrong on this very easily. anyway all in all im happy the skill actually adds something again now, thank you sandurr for fixing it =)

GUYZZZZ i wanna make a fighter but does swift axe add speed to fighter skills?

cuz im thinking maybe spam fighter skillz and if it does add speed to it then i up swift axe

but if it doesn't ima up concentration.

it does add spd so yeah for a lvling build is pretty critical u up it. what i had been talking abouit is exactly ho wmuch speed it addds. but cyclone with swift axe you will considerably notice the speed of skill is faster adn that your exp also comes faster as a result.
