How does it work exactly?

I did a daily today in ad3.

Prs lvl 130 got 36Bill

Ata lvl 130 got 42Bill

Ars lvl 129 got 60Bill

The exp reward is reduced as you level.

 

The higher your level, the less exp you gain.

 

and it is affected by exp pot.
