Changing clan image

Yoo guyz!! It's been a long time since my last own guild and I'm having difficulties to upload image clan.

 

I have some 32x32 images and turned them into bmp. But when I try to upload it says:

 

Error: BMP file size is not exactly 3126 or 3128 bytes; It is not a 32x32 24bit .bmp file!

 

Well, from this point I don't know how to resize it or whatever to make it Works... Can someone please?

 

I appreciate any help in this case...

You must comply with these requirements

 

 

1- BMP format

2- Size 32x32

3- Weight 4.05 KB (sometimes accepts 4.07 if you do not have a black background)

 

 

Finally, you must upload it with Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox

I guess I need to convert it from jpg to bmp

Open it in Paint, save as BMP, upload via explorer.

I had already changed the imagem and the problem was the dimension wich I had to turn it into 32x32 on paint!!
