Pretty good in PvE, I think it will be even better with Tire 5, I think everyone will roll FS just for the GOLD pickup to get rich fast, Fire AXE def a plus.

Offers a lot of attack speed, I think it will make Extreme Rage/other skills quite fast to cast which makes it good in PvE.
