What's Shaman's role in Party Q ?

Shaman just stands in a corner and buff speed or he's a lurer/tanker/killer in CT3 & DI ? Someone told me that he's a killer.

P/s: after the neft, is shaman well in PvE ( i dont care PvP, and never  ;D )
