Can anyone tell me what is the lowest lvl map where you can find Bellums, Oredo, Purple Skill Crystals and Phoenix Eggs? Except for distorted forest event.

you cannot find these items on low lvl maps except distorted forest

If you read carefully I wanted to know the first map where you actually have a chance to find those items... is it ET1? ET2? or you have a chance even in Lost Island or lower level maps?

Well it is hard to say, but you can barely find these items in CT3
