Question about Horn og babel

the level 95 Quest horn of babel, i been wondering if the Quest item drops based on the % dmg or if its from the last hit?

i do know that it dosent drop every time but the reason i ask is its kinda impossible to do the quest if 13x players keeps killing babel

over an over again, and if the drop chance of the quest item is based on the last hit system or % dmg its more or less just a quest thats in the way

for collectors wish quests.

This Q need Last hit to complete

U can ask them for your last hit, and stay far from boss that they need to pick items

yeah could ask em but kinda annoying sometimes when you waited

for the boss in 3 hours an all 3 times the boss gets bursted down by a high lvl char  :-\

You can also party people. If your party make last hit u will have the horn.

my suggestion is make party with high level chars and its really easy
