Hi i want to know what is the best lvl item u can get from any of the scrolls. Its only 120 items ? or can give highers lvl items?

You can get from HG the Hell set (Hell boots, gauntlets and bracelets) the most valueable items in the game I believe.

136 gaunt, boot and brace still more expensive but hell set has its unique stats.
