Stuck at Rank-up With 1lvL skills

Hey i need help!!

I just started playing priest, and when i completed some ranks ups without a problem i suddenly ran in to one.

The rank-up quest where u need to defeat the skillmaster! I tryed once but got so overwhelmed with unbalanced lvl of my skills so i decided to die, go out and reset my skill stats and lvl the right skills.

I went to some girl in ricarten to respec skills,

 

HOWEVER

--PROBLEM-- when i come back to skillmaster in Phillai i could not lvl or do anything with my skills, since every time i press skillmaster he asks for the amulett so i can try and defeat him again.

So now my skills are stuck at lvl1 and i cannot defeat the skillmaster  :'(

 

What should/can i do?

post in bug section, or try to contact GM in game

 

had the same issue, GM was online and fixed it fast.
