Shaman vs Mage question

Hi,

 

i have reached lvl 95 with my shaman, now i see i dont have much strength (as expected) , but my damage seems not to be high compared to mages that i have seen.

 

now when i look in the website about the mage it seems the damage formula is different from the shaman (shaman skill are just dmg boost),

 

so basically if you compare the meteorite of the mage with the Press Deity, it seems that the meteorite is at least twice better (and dont forget the mage skill that boost all its skills)

 

i like to know what you guys think, maybe i need to start over with mage ? it seems that shaman is just not that good...

PD: maybe at low levels when u dont have high damage you can think that, but you are only 95, try compare at 13x-14x

oh , "nerf' meaning make it weaker, not good, now i think he is weak , what will be after the "nerf" ?!
