reset skill points

I can not reset my skill points at npc anymore, there is the option for stats points only, I still under 100, is it a new change or just a bug

u just need to deny stat points question  after that  npc ask for skill points. u can say both yes or 1 yes -1 no or 1 no - 1 yes.

after up lvl 100 u need relog to change skills

cause its no more free

 

y u think u need to relog? u buy the rune u want - like stat point or skill reset use it and learn skills new OO
