BC Time

I know this topic was just started and closed, but I wasn't able to get clarification. 

Exe said BC is at 13:00 (gmt +1)

 

but this topic http://www.realmpt.com/forum/index.php?topic=84.0

says its at 16:00 (gmt +1)

 

I also noticed when playing (not at 16:00 gmt +1) that the notice for Siege War was about to start.  Can someone clarify?  Thanks

I have searched, therefore I am not like you.  In your thread Exe said Siege war is at 1 PM gmt +1 which is the same as 13:00 gmt +1.  But in the like to the Siege war "event" that sandurr posted, it says it starts at 16:00 gmt +1.  I am also told by my clannies that it is at 1 PM gmt +1, hence why I am confused and looking for clarification, but thanks for trying to help.  If you have found something that will answer this question, please link me to it.
